1.1. This Policy has been developed by LLC "Odesa Internet Exchange Network". It is mandatory for all business entities (partners) that operate under the trademark of LLC "Odesa Internet Exchange Network" on a contractual basis (from now on referred to as the "Project of LLC 'Odesa Internet Exchange Network'").

1.2. For the purposes of this Policy, personal data means any information that can be used to identify or contact an individual.
